Bob van Heyst of BBT in Belgium was kind enough to give us parking spaces directly in front of BBT and the Rennen was incorporated into BBT's legendary Open House and Convoy to Bad Camberg.
The Rennen broke away from the BBT convoy and took a ferry across the Rhine, where the race started. This year it was a staggered start with the more powerful vehicles leaving behind the lower hp ones.
It was a close fought battle at the front with Belgians Jan & Helga in their Pepco Oval battling with Swede Hans Landelius, meanwhile team USA, Ray & Tom in their Kubel where chasing down Norwegians Vegard & Are in their Abarth Zwitter for not only the class win, but the overall.
The class winners were as follows:
Petermax Müller Trophy: Vegard Foseid and Are Sletta (Norway - Abarth Zwitter)
Unlimited class: Øystein Asphjell and Rune Weea (Norway - HPD Special)
1500 class: Ray Schubert and Tom Niedernhofer (USA - Kubbel)
1300 class: Vegard Foseid and Are Sletta (Norway - Abarth Zwitter)
